Catering Policy
- All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the event date & time. Final payment must be paid 7 days prior to the event date.
- Orders within 72 hours require full payment.
- Orders placed within 48 hours will require an expedited fee.
- Quotes do not include cost for chafing dishes, tableware (tables, tablecloths, plates, utensils, etc.). These items can be included upon request.
- If servers are required, buffet chafing dishes are included with your quote.
- Delivery fees are required and based on location.
- Any menu updates need to be provided at least 7 days prior to the event.
- If a deposit is not paid within 72 hours of the invoice date, the invoice will be deleted unless alternative arrangements are made.
